This new try brings back the conan center hook support for Conan 2.x
The idea is replace the current conan-center hook for Conan 1.x at some point, as part of Conan 2.x migration in CCI. It will executed with the current conan-center in CCI, but separated and only with Conan 2.x. At some point, we will stop conan-center hook with Conan 1.x and keep only with Conan 2.x (date TBD).
